Scarlett and Chris bought this land in 2000. They have spent the past five years establishing the Casa Amelia business and thinking about the best way to develop the land into an environmentally friendly farm.

Chris continues to run his dental laboratory to provide essential income and Scarlett works with Inma to maintain and grow the Casa Amelia catering business as well as sourcing materials, recruiting and looking after team members.

Juan - Inma's husband - is an important advisor on matters relating to planning, power and water issues.

Martin, their son-in-law, and his friends Patrik and Tomas, are helping with preparing the ground and putting in the basic infrastructure.

Ian is maintaining the project plan, ensuring everyone knows what they need to do, and keeping this website up to date.
