PROJECT PLANS
We now have outline planning permission and have to work hard to prepare and submit detailed plans as quickly as possible. We are advised that as the plans only have to pass through the local council this should not take too long………fingers crossed!
2008 OBECTIVES
- Get detailed plans passed for the Casa Rural
- Secure a builder
- Start to build the Casa Rural
- Finish front gate and plant a garden around entrance
- Build a roof over the summer kitchen
- Install solar panels for summer kitchen
- Install electricity and hot water (solar) on utility terrace
- Create garden on Pergola terrace
- Clean terraces and plant vegetables
- Breed more of our own chickens
Below are the plans for the Casa Rural:
The first floor, which will be accessable at ground level from terrace C0, will include the reception. lounge area, large kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining areas.
The ground floor is mainly underground and will have access from both the first floor and from terace -C1. There are several self-contained appartments with their own private terraces on this level.
